The setting position of the media
is misaligned.
• When setting media, check
how well its edge (home
position side) is aligned
with the position below.
• Roll media: Scale on
the pre-heater
• Leaf media: Scale on
the post-heater

• Check whether you set the
recommended media.
• When the message does
not disappear, the media
sensor may be dirty, and
so on. Contact your service
representative.
"The media is skewed. Reload
the media." is displayed on the
control panel.
The media is skewed. • Reset the media so that
slack is equal on the left
and right.
• If both ends of the media
are not aligned, align the
edge surfaces, and then
reset the media.
"Cannot match the media width.
Please check the media size." is
displayed on the control panel.
The width of the set media is too
narrow.
Use media that has a width of
297 mm (approx. 11.7 inches)
or more.
The locked roll holder moves. The roll holder and guide
groove are stained.
