Locking the Pictures Menu
With this feature, you must enter your lock code when you
access the Pictures menu.
1. From the Security Menu, select Pic Messaging.
2. Select Lock Pictures.
3. Select Lock Now.

To deactivate this feature, select Unlocked during step 3 above.
Lock Services
With this feature, you can choose to restrict access to the
Internet, incoming and outgoing voice calls.
1. From the Security Menu, select Others.
2. Select Lock Services.
3. Select Voice Calls or Internet.
4. Select Locked.

To deactivate this feature, select Unlocked during step 4
above.
Note: If Voice Calls is locked, making and receiving calls are not
available. (You can only make a call to 911.)
Changing the Lock Code
1. From the Security Menu display (See “Accessing the Security
Menu” on page 54), select Others.
2. Select Change Lock.
3. Enter a new lock code, “1234” for example.
4. Reenter the new code.
Calling in Lock Mode
You can place calls to 911, Customer Service, and to your special
numbers even in lock mode except when Voice Calls is locked.
(See “Lock Services” above.)

To call an emergency number, special number, or Customer
Service, enter the phone number and press .
