6.3 TM41 terminal module
Properties
The TM41 terminal module can be used to expand the number of digital I/Os and analog
inputs within a drive system. In addition, it enables the use of the TTL output for encoder
simulation. The TM41 is connected via DRIVE-CLiQ.

The TM41 contains the following terminals:

CAUTION
The 50 mm clearances above and below the component must be observed.

6.4 TM54F terminal module
Properties
The TM54F terminal module is a terminal expansion module for snapping on to a DIN EN
60715 mounting rail. The TM54F offers safe digital I/Os for control of Safety Integrated
functions of SINAMICS.
A SIMOTION D410-2 can be assigned exactly one TM54F, which is connected via DRIVE-
CLiQ.
The TM54F terminal module is an alternative to using Safety Integrated functions via the
onboard terminals (F-DI, F-DO) or via PROFIsafe.
