EXAUST PIPE
• Fit the new exhaust pipe gasket A.
• When installing the exhaust pipe, apply the THREAD LOCK to
the exhaust pipe bolts and tighten them.

CYLINDER
CYLINDER DISTORTION
Measure the distortion in diagonal directions on the cylinder
upper surface. If the distortion exceeds the service limit, replace
the cylinder.
# Cylinder distortion: Service limit: 0.05 mm

CYLINDER BORE DIAMETER INSPECTION
Check that there is not abnormal surface damage or wear on
the cylinder wall.
At three positions, top, middle and bottom, measure the bore
diameter. At each position, take two measurements, one paral-
lel with and the other perpendicular to the crankshaft axis.
# Cylinder bore:
Standard: 44.000 – 44.015 mm
Limit: 44.100 mm
