Online Mode
In Online mode, the base station is in service and performs its normal
functions of transmitting and receiving radio signals.
Offline Mode Offline mode allows a maintenance engineer to carry out tasks that cannot
be done while the base station is in service; such as activating firmware or
running diagnostic tests.
1.6.3 Power Supply
DC Power The DC powered TB7300 will operate from 10.9VDC to 16VDC. For the
equipment to power on the voltage must be 12V or greater.
The nominal operating voltage is 13.8 VDC.
The DC input is protected by a fuse rated at 15A.
AC Power The AC powered TB7300 will accept any input voltage from 100VAC to
253VAC at 50/60Hz.
The nominal operating voltages are 120VAC or 230VAC.
The AC power supply is protected by an internal fuse. It is not user
serviceable.
1.6.4 Front Panel Fans
The base station is equipped with three fans for DC variants, and a fourth
fan for the power supply is installed in AC variants. Two fans are for the
PA, and the third is for the receiver, exciter and control boards. Front panel
fans do not operate continuously, but are switched on and off as needed.
The fans can also be temporarily enabled for test purposes via the web
interface. The power supply fan runs when the PA fans are operating.
