Saving and Recalling Waveform and Trace Data
Waveform and trace data consists of the numeric values for each point in the waveform or trace. It copies the data, as

d to a graphical image of the screen. To save the c urrent waveform or trace data or to r ecall previously stored
waveform or trace data:

. The oscilloscope can save digital
waveforms to .csv files, not reference memories.
The o scilloscope cannot recall digital waveforms.
NOTE. The oscilloscope can save, but not
recall, RF acquisitions as .TIQ files. You can use
.T
IQ files w ith Tektronix SignalVu Vector Signal
Analysis software.
