--ENGINE FUEL INJECTION PUMP
5. INSTALL TIMING CONTROL VALV E
Usinga5mmhexagon wrench, install the timing control valve
withthe2bolts.
6 . I NS TALL S O L E NO I D CO NNE CTO R S UP P O RT CLI P
(a) Usinga5mmhexagon wrench, install the solenoid con-
nector support clip with the 3 bolts.
(b) Connect the 2 lead wires and 2 connectors to clamps.
7. I NS TALL F UE L I NLE T HO LLO W S CRE WS FUE L
PIPES
(a) Install a new gasket and the hollow screw.
Torque: 36.8 N∙m (375 kgf∙cm, 27 ft∙lbf)
(b) Install fuel inlet pipe with 2 new gaskets, the cap nut and
bolt.
Torque:
Cap nut: 23 N∙m (230 kgf∙cm, 17 ft∙lbf)
Bolt: 24.5 N∙m (250 kgf∙cm, 18 ft∙lbf)
(c) Install fuel outlet pipe with a new gasket and the overflow
screw.
Torque: 22.1 N∙m (225 kgf∙cm, 16 ft∙lbf)
