Setting the Measurement Units
1. At the printer control panel, press the Menu button.
Note: To navigate through the menu, use the Up or Down arrow buttons.
2. Navigate to Admin Settings, then press OK.
3. Navigate to System Settings, then press OK.
4. Navigate to mm/inch, then press OK.
5. To select a setting, press the Up or Down arrow buttons, then press OK.
Configuring Audio Tones
1. At the printer control panel, press the Menu button.
Note: To navigate through the menu, use the Up or Down arrow buttons.
2. Navigate to Admin Settings, then press OK.
3. Navigate to System Settings, then press OK.
4. Navigate to Audio Tones, then press OK.
5. Navigate to the tone you want to configure, then press OK.
6. To select a setting, press the Up or Down arrow buttons, then press OK.
Setting the Startup Page
1. At the printer control panel, press the Menu button.
Note: To navigate through the menu, use the Up or Down arrow buttons.
2. Navigate to Admin Settings, then press OK.
3. Navigate to System Settings, then press OK.
4. Navigate to Startup Page, then press OK.
5. To print a Startup Page when the printer is turned on, use the Up or Down arrow buttons to
select On, then press OK.
Configuring the Low Toner Alert Message
1. At the printer control panel, press the Menu button.
Note: To navigate through the menu, use the Up or Down arrow buttons.
2. Navigate to Admin Settings, then press OK.
3. Navigate to System Settings, then press OK.
4. Navigate to Low Toner Msg, then press OK.
5. To select a setting, press the Up or Down arrow buttons, then press OK.
