The
trochoid type lube oil pump is mounted on the gear
case
side
cylinder block and the rotor shaft gear is driven by the
crankshaft gear through the idle gear.
The
lube oil flows from the intake
filter
mounted on the bottom
of the cylinder block through the holes in the cylinder block
and
gear
housing,
and out from the holes in the gear housing
and
cylinder block to the discharge
filter.
The lube oil pump is
fitted
with
a pressure safety valve which maintains the dis-
charge
pressure at 0.39(4)MPa (kgf/cm)
