In presentation mode, by default the scanner searches the larger area of the aiming pattern (Full Field of View).
Select Small Field of View or Medium Field of View to search for a bar code in a smaller region around the
aiming pattern’s center in order to speed search time.
Decoding Illumination

Scan one of the following bar codes to determine whether the scanner turns on illumination to aid decoding.
Enabling illumination usually results in superior images and better decode performance. The effectiveness of the
illumination decreases as the distance to the target increases.
