• When the compressor is to be replaced, remove 4 Allen screws.
• Compressor buffers and the sleeve are assembled with the compressor screws.
When the compressor is replaced or refrigeration system is opened
for any reason, gels in the dryer may lose their properties since
humidity, etc. may penetrate into the system. Dryer should be
replaced definitely for this reason.
• In the fusing process of the compressor pipes, soft solder weld with acetylene+gas
flux mixture is used.
• For this, 8004 alloy yellow weld rod, blowpipe is used.
• Gloves and protective goggles should also be used for security purposes.
• Welding points; condenser is numbered as 1, copper adaptor lower point as 9, upper
point as 9A, dryer as 2, dryer lower point as 5, service pipe as 10.
