Radaranddistancecalibration
Thevaluesfromradarordistancecalibrationareused
forcalculatingspeed,area,andapplicationrates.Radar
and/ordistancecalibrationarerequiredforthehighest
workingaccuracy.Thecalibrationsynchronizesvehicle
equipmenttothedisplay.
Performdistanceorradarcalibration:

Atthebeginningofeachseason
•
Whenworkinginmarkedlydifferentsoilconditions
•
Whenvehiclesetup,implementorheadersetup,ortires
change
Thecloserthattheworkingconditionsareduplicated
whenperformingthecalibration,themorereliablethe
resultswillbe.T ogetthebestresultsfromtheprocedure:
•
Thevehicle(withitsimplementorheader)mustbefully
setupandoperational.
•
Tiresmustbeinatedtotheproperpressure.
•
Calibrationmustbeperformedintheeldinsoiland
conditionslikethosewhereworkwillbeperformed.
•
Thestoragecontainer(s)onthevehicleand/orimple-
ment–tank,hopper,basket,etc.–shouldbehalffull
toaveragethelllevel.
