2.10.6 Basic Functions
(1) Imaging capture
This function captures image data. It outputs two-tone of 256-level grayscale as image data. When
used together with a JPEG library, it can save captured images as JPEG files. Resolution can be
lowered for output by downsampling the image.
At that stage, the image sizes are as follows.

(2) Sign clipping
This function batch-scans symbols and signs, and outputs the symbol data and the clipped sign at
the same time. The position and size of the sign are specified within a user application, based on
the symbol position.
Even if the symbol is scanned when inverted or tilted, it is corrected before output, so that the top
of the symbol becomes the top of the image data.
As described above, clip out the area at the position relative to the symbol center, and output it as
an image file.
