Detection
An error is determined with the high-voltage fan motor rotation speed detected by the Hall IC.
Error Decision
Conditions
The fan does not start in 60 seconds even when the fan motor is running.
If the error repeats, the system is shut down.
Reset condition: Continuous run for about 11 minutes without any other error

Turn on the power.

Turn off the power and
reconnect the connector.
