1. Open the package and connect the stress probe to the host with the sensor
cable.
2. Cover the stress probe with a condom and insert the stress probe into the vagina
till the groove of the silicon tail, i.e. the location indicated by the red line in below
picture. Select an assessment protocol or treatment plan and start it.
3. After the assessment or treatment, disconnect the probe from the host, pull out
the probe, and take down the condom and dispose of it. Store the probe after
cleaning and disinfection.
Attentions：
1. Please do not plug or unplug the probe during the operation of the host.
2. The device that the probe connects to has to conform to IEC
60601-1:2005/A1:2012.

2.3 Rechargeable lithium battery
2.3.1 Replacing the Battery
This device is equipped with a rechargeable lithium battery, which can work for 8 hours in
a typical working mode when the battery is fully charged.
How to install the battery：
1. Find the battery compartment and unscrew it, and remove the compartment
cover.
2. Push aside the battery lock, and place the battery in the compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment and fix it with the screw.
WARNING
The Battery can only be replaced by serviceman authorized by EDAN. Incorrect
replacement would result in an unacceptable risk.
2.3.2 Battery Status on the Main Screen
The device is equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery. When connected to AC
power, the battery will be automatically charged until it is fully charged. When the
battery is being charged, there will be a charge indicator displayed on the
top right corner of the screen, the value by the battery icon represents the remaining
battery capacity.
