Print Accounting
Use the Xerox Accounting feature in Configure to set up Print Accounting. A valid Print
Accounting user ID and account ID for the Fiery Controller is required. With Print
Accounting, you can print EFI system pages, such as the Job Log and Configuration page,
and print with the Fiery Controller print driver.
For information about how to configure the printer for Print Accounting, see the
documentation that accompanies the printer.
TO CONFIGURE THE FIERY CONTROLLER FOR PRINT ACCOUNTING FROM CONFIGURE
1 Start Configure (see page 32).
2 Click Server, click Xerox Accounting and do the following:
• Select an accounting system
• Select an account type
• Enter an account ID
• Enter a user ID
3 Click Apply.
TO PRINT A PRINT ACCOUNTING JOB
1 From your application, choose File > Print.
2 Select the Fiery Controller printer driver and click Properties.
3 Click Job Info and enter the AccountID and UserID for Print Accounting.
4 Click OK to close the Fiery Controller printer driver.
5 Click OK to print your job.
