6 Equipment Return
All parts and components comprising Reason devices shall be repaired exclusively by
GE. In case of equipment malfunction the customer shall get in contact with GE’s
Contact Centre and never attempt to repair the device by own.
To request equipment repair service, call GE to check out shipment options and
receive the technical assistance order code.
The equipment shall be packed in its original package or a suitable package to
protect against impacts and moisture.
