Download of measured files
Connect CMD control unit with PC by means of USB cable from
accessories (to the round middle connector of the control unit).
Then turn the control unit on (the device is automatically switched for data
download).
Run PC software by clicking the icon “CMD Data Transfer” (on the PC
screen or in the menu “Start \ All programs \ GF Instruments \ CMD Data
Transfer“). The main window of the CMD software is shown. Select the folder for
data storing, select export data format eventually which data files should be
exported automatically during data downloading. All settings for export are in the
menu “Export settings”. Run downloading of all files by selecting menu “File” /
“Download all files” or using context menu (mouse right button click on the folder
to store downloaded data).
After the data download is finished turn the CMD control unit off and
disconnect it from the PC USB connector. If the PC program was terminated
before the control unit was switched off automatically.
If there is already a file with the same name in the chosen directory the new
file name will be completed with number 1 (2, 3, etc.).
If an admissible (with the respect to PC rules) letter or name is used in the
CMD file name it will be replaced with “_”.
