3.1.4 Resetting the configuration to the state on
delivery
The Switch enables you to
X reset the current configuration to the state on delivery. The locally saved
configuration is kept.
X reset the Switch to the state on delivery. After the next restart, the IP ad-
dress is also in the state on delivery.
Setting in the system monitor:
Select 5 "Erase main configuration file"
This menu item allows you to reset the Switch to its state on delivery. The
Switch switch saves configurations that differ from the state on delivery in
the switch.cfg file in the flash memory.
Press the Enter key to delete the switch.cfg file.
Select the
Basics: Load/Save dialog.
Make your selection in the "Delete" frame.
Click "Delete configuration".
