18.4 Adding engine oil

Too little engine oil or poor-quality engine oil will result in premature wear of the engine.

Info
In order to achieve optimal engine oil performance, it
is not advisable to mix different engine oils.
Husqvarna Motorcycles recommends changing the
engine oil.
– Mount and tighten the filler plug together with the O-ring.
Danger
Danger of poisoning Exhaust gases are toxic and
inhaling them may result in unconsciousness and
death.
– Always make sure there is sufficient ventilation
when running the engine.
– Use effective exhaust extraction when starting or
running the engine in an enclosed space.
– Start the engine and check for leaks.

– Check the engine oil level. ( p. 133)
