Replacement Procedure
1. To replace the front bezel, perform the steps to remove the bezel in reverse order.
When placing the new bezel on the front panel of the library, three little clips
along the bottom edge of the front bezel snap into place when the bezel is fitted
correctly.
2. Copy the serial number on the label in the lower left corner of the old bezel onto
the blank label supplied with the new bezel, and attach the serial number label in
the recess in the lower left corner on the new front bezel. This step is necessary to
maintain a valid warranty of the library.
3. If requested, take the library online. See “Taking the Library Offline/Online” on
page 7-23.
4. Go to “End of Call” on page 7-26.
Replacing the LCD Display Card
The LCD display card houses the Operator Panel interface screen and control keys.
Removal Procedure
1. Log in to the library from the User Web Interface, and take the library offline. See
“Taking the Library Offline/Online” on page 7-23.
2. Power OFF the library by toggling the power supply switch on both supplies to
the OFF (O) position.
3. Disconnect the power cables from the library power supply units.
