The combined power consumption of all adapters installed in the Full-length I/O Book cannot
exceed 300W.

The Half-length I/O Book installs flush with the Primary I/O Book at the rear of the server. The
Full-length I/O Book, when installed, adds a 99 mm (4 inches) mechanical extension to the
base length dimension of the chassis.
Note: The 2x3 connector is only intended to be used when one adapter is installed in the
first x16 slot (the up-most slot in Figure 3-29), either requiring 225W or 300W of power.
The location of the 2x3 connector prevents an adapter from being installed in the other x16
slot.
