D Data saving
The contents of the RTTY memory and received sig-
nal can be saved into the CF memory card or USB
flash drive.
[F-1•DIR/FILE] Main dial[EXIT/SET][F-4•EDIT]
[F-5•OPTION] [F-6•SAVE] [F-7•WIDE]
qDuringRTTYdecodescreen,push[F-1•<MENU1>]
to select RTTY decode menu 2.
w Push[F-5•SAVE]toselectdecodefilesavescreen.
e Change the following settings, if desired.
• File name:
zPush[F-4•EDIT]toselectfilenameeditcondi-
tion.
  •Push[F-1•DIR/FILE]severaltimestoselectthe
file name, if necessary.
x Push [ABC], [123] or [Symbol] to select the
character group, then rotate the main dial to
select the character.
  •[ABC]:AtoZ(capitalletters);[123]:0to9(nu-
merals);[Symbol]:!#$%&‘`^+–=()[]{}_~
@ can be selected.
  •Push[F-1•Ω]tomovethecursorleft,push[F-2•≈]
tomovethecursorright,[F-3•DEL]deleteachar-
acterandpush[F-4•SPACE]toinsertaspace.
c Push [EXIT/SET] to set the file name.
• File format
zPush [F-5•OPTION] to enter save option
screen.
x Rotate the main dial to select the saving for-
mat from Text or HTML.
  •“Text”isthedefaultsetting.
  •Holddown[F-4•DEF]for1secondtoselectthe
default setting.
c Push [EXIT/SET] to return to the previous in-
dication.
• Saving location
zHolddown[F-1•DIR/FILE]for1secondtose-
lect the CF memory card or USB flash drive.
xPush [F-1•DIR/FILE] to select tree view
screen.
c Select the desired directory or folder in the se-
lected memory device.
  •Push[F-4•Ω ≈] to select the upper directory.
  •Push [F-2•Y]or[F-3•Z] to select folder in the
same directory.
  •Hold down [F-4•Ω ≈] for 1 second to select a
folder in the directory.
  •Push[F-5•REN/DEL]torenamethefolder.
  •Holddown[F-5•REN/DEL]for1secondtodelete
the folder.
  •Holddown[F-6•MAKE]for1secondtomakinga
new folder. (Edit the name with the same manner
asthe“•Filename”above.)
vPush [F-1•DIR/FILE]twice toselectthefile
name.
rPush[F-6•SAVE].
 •Afterthesavingiscompleted,automaticallyreturnsto
RTTY decode menu 2.
