CALibrate:INITial
This command can only be used in calibration mode. It restore factory
calibration constants from nonvolatile memory.

CALibrate:SAVe
This command can only be used in calibration mode. It saves any new
calibration constants (after a current or voltage calibration procedure has been
completed) in nonvolatile memory.

CALibrate:CURRent:POINt
This command can only be used in calibration mode. It is used to set the
calibration points of constanrd current mode. P1, P2 is used in low current
range, P3, P4 is used in high current range. It can use calibrate current source
and current meter.
