CLEANING THE RADIATOR CORE
Clean dust, dirt and trash from the radia-
tor core (fins and tubes) by flushing with
clean water.
CAUTION
Never use a hard object such as a
knife or screwdriver to clean the fins
in the radiator core. Use only water
to prevent physical damage.
CLEANING THE RADIATOR
The radiator should be cleaned internally:
Every 500 hours.
Whenever the coolant is changed.
Clean by flushing with clean water. A
commercially available radiator cleaner
can be used, if needed.
IN CASE OF RADIATOR LEAKAGE
1. Cooling system leaks should always be
repaired promptly and properly.
2. Consult your dealer if you need
assistance.
CLEANING AIR CONDITIONER CON
DENSER NET
1. Clean the Air conditioner condenser
net. (See “service intervals”)
1. Always check fluid levels with the trac-
tor parked on a flat and level surface.
2. Use only DAEDONG approved oils in
your tractor.
SCALE INHIBITOR FOR RADIATOR
1. A scale inhibitor is not required when
using good quality antifreeze. Using
antifreeze is highly recommended.
2. If only water is used in the cooling
system, a scale inhibitor should be
added.
3. Scale inhibitors must be replaced ev-
ery 3 months.

BELT TENSION
1. Push on the belt between the pulleys
with a finger.A deflection of 10 to 12
mm (0.4 to 0.48in.) under a 10kg.f
(22lbs) load is appropriate.
CLEANING THE AIR CONDITIONER FILTER
1. Remove the knob bolts and pull out fil-
ter
2. Blow air from the opposite direction to
the filter’s normal air flow.
CHECKING THE CONDENSOR BLOCKED
1. Check the condensor blocked.
(See “Service intervals”)
3. Do not hit the filter.If the filter becomes
deformed, dust may enter into the air-
conditioner,which may cause damage
and malfunction
