CHECKING AND CHANGING TRANSMISSION OIL

(A) Oil Level is Acceptable Within This Range
CHECK
1. Remove the gauge and wipe clean.
Fully insert the gauge; remove and
verify that the oil level is between the
upper and lower limit.
2. If the oil amount is below the lower
limit, oil should be added to the cor-
rect level. Do not overfill.

CAUTION
Do not drive the tractor after chang-
ing the transmission oil until it has
run for 2-3 minutes; and the correct
oil level has been verified.

1. To drain the used oil, remove the drain
plugs at the bottom of the transmission
case and differentials. Drain the oil
completely into a drain pan.
2. After draining reinstall the drain plug.
3. Fill with the new KIOTI TF65 fluid to
the upper line of the gauge.

4. After running the engine for a few
minutes, stop it and check the oil level
again; add oil to prescribed level.
IMPORTANT
Do not operate the tractor immedi-
ately after changing the transmis-
sion fluid.
Run the engine at medium speed for
a few minutes to prevent damage to
the transmission.
CAUTION
To avoid personal injury:
Allow engine to cool down suffi-
ciently, oil can be hot and can burn.
