Assembly
1. Press fit bushings (9) and (10) to idler (4).
2. Fit O-ring and install support (7) to shaft (5)
with dowel pin (8).
3. Using tool L1, install floating seal (6) to idler (4)
and shaft (5) and support assembly (7).
a Coat the sliding surface of the floating seal
with oil, and be careful not to let any dirt or
dust get stuck to it.
a Remove all grease and oil from the con-
tact surface of the O-ring and the floating
seal.
4. Assemble shaft (5) and support assembly (7)
to idler (4).
5. Using tool L1, install floating seal (3) to idler (4)
and support (2).
a Coat the sliding surface of the floating seal
with oil, and be careful not to let any dirt or
dust get stuck to it.
a Remove all grease and oil from the con-
tact surface of the O-ring and the floating
seal.
