6.1.3 AUTHORISED TOOLS CHARACTERISTICS
CAUTION
q Only use tools authorised by Komatsu.
q Pay special attention to the safety standards and, before starting operations, carry out a test (in a safe
place) to check the operative range of the tool and its centre of gravity.
q Some tools, when completely retracted, can interfere with some parts of the machine (specially with the
operator's cab). Consequently, pay special attention to avoid any interference.

q Tools total weight with loaded material and any quick attachment should not exceed the value of the lifting
capacity.
