10.2Raising the vehicle off of the center stand
Note
Danger of damage The parked vehicle may roll away or fall over.
– Always place the vehicle on a firm and even surface.

– Unlock the steering and move the vehicle forward with both hands on the handlebar.
– As the vehicle moves off of the center stand, activate the front brake to prevent the
vehicle from rolling.
– Check that the center stand is folded all the way up.
10.3Bleeding the fork legs
– Raise the vehicle using the center stand. ( p. 76)

– Remove bleeder screws briefly.
Any excess pressure escapes from the interior of the fork.
– Mount and tighten the bleeder screws.

Carry out this operation on both fork legs.
