OPERATION OF THE MACHINE40
A When the auxiliary port is not used for a long period,
dirt particles can settle in the lower part of the auxiliary
port lines.
When the plugs on the auxiliary port lines are removed
to connect attachments, drain approx. 0.1 L of oil per
side before making connections.
HOW TO RELEASE PRESSURE TRAPPED
IN THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
1. Lower the attachments to the ground and pull the
control lever lock and auxiliary port lever lock to lock.
2. Turn the key to "STOP" position and shut off the
engine.
3. push the control lever lock and auxiliary port lever lock
to unlock.
4. Move the control lever to release pressure in the
hydraulic system.
QUICK COUPLER
BAttaching the Front Attachments
To avoid personal injury or death:
A Keep people away from the machine during
connecting and disconnection.
A After doing these procedures, make sure the
attachment is securely attached to the quick-
coupler.
A Installation and removal of the pins of quick-
coupler are operated from the operator's seat.
A We will only assume reliability for wheel loader
which are operated with the attachments and
spare parts specified by KUBOTA.
A Attachments should be located on a level, firm surface
when connecting and disconnecting them from quick-
coupler.
C Attaching
Connecting the front attachments as follows.
1. Pull the auxiliary port lever backward while pressing
the attachment unlock switch forward in order to
retract the locking pins.
2. Position the machine squarely in front of the
attachment and tilt the quick-coupler forward approx.
15 and align the upper attachment points of the
bracket.
3. Raise the lifting arms until the attachment is lifted off
the ground.
Tilt the attachment bracket backwards to align the
locking pins with bores of the attachment bracket.
(1) Control lever lock
(2) Auxiliary port lever lock
(A) "LOCK"
(B) "UNLOCK"
(1) Auxiliary port lever
(2) Attachment unlock switch
(A) Pull backward
(B) Press forward
