PERIODIC SERVICE
OPENING AND CLOSING OF COVERS
To avoid personal injury or death from contact
with moving parts:
A Never open the engine cover while the engine
is running.
A Do not touch muffler or exhaust pipes while
they are hot; Severe burns could result.
BEngine cover
Insert the key into the key hole, turn it clockwise to unlock
the engine cover and push the key hole. And pull up the
hood until it will be held.
To close it, release the lock of the gas damper and lower
the hood and hold it down tightly. Turn the key
counterclockwise to lock the engine cover.
BSide cover
Insert the key into the key hole, turn it clockwise to unlock
the side cover and pull up until it will be held.
