Removing the Batteries

Move the battery cover lock lever as
shown in the figure on the right to unlock
the battery cover.

Slide the battery cover in the direction of
the arrow
E
to open it.

Remove the batteries.

Close the battery cover and slide it back
in the direction of the arrow
E
to lock it.

Move the battery cover lock lever as
shown in the figure on the right to lock it.

Check that the camera is turned off before opening the battery cover.

Take care not to drop the batteries. Strong impacts
caused by being dropped can cause batteries to
leak fluid.

Slide the cover until it clicks.
