E. Condition RIPS Module After Expired Shelf Life (One Year in Storage)
The RIPS Module should be conditioned as it reaches one year of storage.
(1) Install the RIPS Battery Pack in a known good recorder.
(2) Apply power the recorder and monitor the Status Web Page for amount of
RIPS charge. Refer to Section 5.2 FA5000 MADRAS Status Page. The RIPS
Battery will fully charge within approximately 15 minutes.
