- Controllare pulire e lubrificare le
catene esterne ( MRT 1840)
Sfilare completamente il braccio tele-
scopico in posizione orrizzontale
(fig. C7/1).
Pulire le catene con un panno pulito
che non lascia peluzzi, poi esaminarle
attentamente per evidenziare qualsia-
si traccia di usura (fig. C7/1A -
C7/1B).
Spazzolare energicamente le catene
per togliere qualsiasi impurità.
Utilizzare una spazzola di nylon duro
e gasolio pulito.
Soffiare con un getto d'aria compres-
sa e lubrificare leggermente le catene
“1” con un pennello impregnato d'olio
(fig. C7/2) (Vedere capitolo : LUBRIFI-
CANTI).
Togliere l'eccesso d'olio con un panno
pulito su tutta la lunghezza delle cate-
ne.
Ingrassare i perni delle pulegge “2”
(fig. C7/2) (Vedere capitolo : LUBRIFI-
CANTI).

- Die äusseren ketten kontrollie
ren, reinigen und schmieren
(MRT 1840)
Den Teleskop vollständig
horizontal ausfahren (Abb.C7/1).
Die Ketten mit einem sauberen,
fuselfreien Lappen abwischen und
kontrollieren, um Anzeichen
von Abnutzung festzustellen (Abb.
C7/1A-C7/1B). Die Ketten kräftig
abbürsten, um alle Fremdkörper zu
entfernen. Dazu eine Bürste mit harten
Nylonborsten und Dieselöl
verwenden.
Anschließend die Ketten mit einem
Pinsel und Öl abspülen und mit
Druckluft ausblasen. Die Ketten in der
Nähe der Kettenrolle 1 leicht mit
einem Pinsel und Öl schmieren (Abb.
C7/2) (siehe kapitel: SCHMIERMITTEL).
Überschüssige Öl auf der ganzen
Länge der Kette mit einem sauberen,
fuselfreien Lappen abwischen.
Die bolzen der Kettenrolle 2 schmieren
(Abb.C7/2) (siehe kapitel:
SCHMIERMITTEL).

- Check, clean and lubricate the
outside chain (MRT 1840)
Completely extend the telescopic
boom in the horizontal position
(fig. C7/1).
Wipe the chains with a clean cloth
which does not leave lint, then examine
them carefully for any sign of wear
(fig. C7/1A - C7/1B).
Brush the chain briskly to remove any
dirt. Use a hard nylon brush and clean
Diesel fuel. Dry them with a compressed
air jet.
Lubricate the chains lightly with a
brush wet with oil close to the pulleys
1 (fig. C7/2) (see Lubricants section).
Wipe the excess oil from the entire
length of the chains with a clean
cloth.
Grease the pins of the pulleys 2 (fig.
C7/2) (see LUBRIFICANT section).
