- Swing reduction unit oil change
Position the lift truck, with turret aligned,
on a level surface, retract and raise tele-
scopic boom completely, and then turn
the turret to the right by +/- 60°, for better
access to the rotation reduction gear fil-
ling points (Fig.E11).
Stop the I.C. engine and wait for the
hydraulic oil to cool down.
To change the oil in the top part, place a
suitable vessel under the main drain
plug 1 (fig.E11/1), loosen this latter and
allow the old oil to drain out. Fit the
drain plug 1 (fig.E11a/1) back on and
tighten it. Pour in new oil through hole 2
(fig.E11/1) (see “Lubricants”). The
level is correct when the oil spills from
hole 3 (fig.E11/1).
To lubricate the bearings of the reducer
with specific fat person (MANITOU
NLGI 2) through greaser 4 (fig.E11/1).

-Ölwechsel Untersetzungs getriebe
der Rotation durchführen
Den Teleskopstapler mit ausgerichtetem
Turm auf eine ebene Fläche stellen, den
Teleskopausleger ganz einfahren und
heben und den Turm dann um +/- 60°
nach rechts drehen, um besseren Zugriff
zu den Einfüllstellen des
Rotationsgetriebes (Abb. E11) zu
erhalten; den Motor abstellen und
abwarten, dass das Öl sich abkühlt.
Zum Wechseln des Öls im oberen Teil
einen geeigneten Auffangbehälter unter
den Hauptablassstopfen 1 (Abb. E11/1)
stellen, Ablassstopfen entfernen und das
Öl ablaufen lassen.
Den Ablassstopfen 1 (Abb. E11/1)
wieder einsetzen und festziehen.
Das Einfüllen erfolgt durch die Öffnung 2
(Abb. E11/1) (siehe "Schmierstoffe").
Der Füllstand des Öls ist richtig, wenn
das Öl die Öffnung 3 (Abb. E11/1)
erreicht und austritt.
Die Lager des Reduzierers mit spezifi-
scher fetter Person (MANITOU NLGI 2)
bis fettbüchse 4 (fig.E11/1) schmieren.

- Sostituire l’olio del riduttore
rotazione
Posizionare il carrello, con torretta
allineata, su di una superficie piana,
rientrare e sollevare completamente il
braccio telescopico e poi ruotare la
torretta a destra di +/- 60°, per accedere
meglio ai punti di riempimento del
riduttore rotazione (fig.E11); fermare il
motore termico e attendere che si
raffreddi l’olio idraulico.
Per la sostituzione dell’olio porre un
recipiente sotto il tappo di scarico
principale 1 (fig.E11/1), allentarlo e
lasciare defluire l’olio.
Rimettere e stringere il
tappo di scarico 1 (fig.E11/1). Eseguire
il riempimento attraverso il foro
2 (fig.E11/1) (vedi “Lubrificanti”).
Controllare il livello tramite l’indicatore
ottico 3 (fig.E11/1).
Lubrificare i cuscinetti del riduttore
con grasso specifico (MANITOU NLGI 2)
tramite l’ingrassatore 4 (fig.E11/1).
