- Replace main circuit delivery filter
Filter 1 (Fig.D6/1) is provided with a clog-
ging indicator 6 (Fig.D6/1) which turns "red"
when the oil filter cartridge 4 (Fig.D6/4) is
blocked.
Cartridge 4 (Fig.D6/4) is located inside filter
1 (D6/1). To replace it, proceed as follows:
-Unscrew filter body 2 (Fig.D6/2) using a
spanner and remove it 3 (Fig.D6/3) from
filter head 5 (Fig.D6/4).
-Remove cartridge 4 (Fig.D6/4) from filter
head 5 (Fig.D6/4) and replace with a new
D6/5 one.
-Now fit filter body 2 (Fig.D6/2) back on to
head 5 (Fig.D6/4) and start up the truck to
check for leakage. (Check filter efficienc
periodically by means of indicator

- Filter in Druckleitung des
Hauptkreislaufs ersetzen
Der Filter 1 (Abb. D6/1) ist mit einer
Verstopfungsanzeige 6 (Abb. D6/1) ver-
sehen, die "rot" anzeigt, wenn die
Filterpatrone 4 (Abb. D6/4) verstopft ist.
Die Filterpatrone 4 (Abb. D6/4) befindet
sich innerhalb des Filters 1 (D6/1). Um
sie zu ersetzen, ist folgendes
erforderlich:
-Den Filterbecher 2 (Abb. D6/2) mit
einem Schlüsse losschrauben und vom
Filterkopf 5 (Abb. D6/4).
abnehmen 3 (Abb. D6/3).
- Die Filterpatrone 4 (Abb. D6/4) aus dem
Filterkopf 5 (Abb. D6/4) herausnehmen
und durch eine neue (Abb. D6/5)
ersetzen.
-Schließlich den Filterbecher 2 (Abb.
D6/2) wieder am Filterkopf 5
(Abb. D6/4) anschrauben und den
Teleskopstapler starten, um ihn auf
Leckstellen zu prüfen.
(Filter regelmäßig auf
Funktionstüchtigkeit prüfen, und zwar
mittel Anzeige 6 Abb. D6/1).

- Sostituire filtro in mandata

Il filtro 1 (fig.D6/1) è munito di un
indicatore 6 (fig.D6/1) di intasamento
che indica “rosso” quando la cartuccia
filtro olio 4 (fig.D6/4) è intasata.
La cartuccia 4 (fig.D6/4) si trova all’inter-
no del filtro 1 (D6/1) e per sostituirla
occorre:
-Svitare il corpo filtro 2 (fig.D6/2) con
una chiave e smontarlo 3 (fig.D6/3)
dalla testata del filtro 5 (fig.D6/4).
- Estrarre la cartuccia 4 (fig.D6/4) dalla
testata del filtro 5 (fig.D6/4) e sostituirla
con una nuova D6/5.
- Infine riavvitare bene il corpo filtro 2
(fig.D6/2) alla testata 5 (fig.D6/4) e
avviare il carrello e controllare che non
ci siano perdite. (Controllare periodica
mente l’efficacia del filtro mediante
l’indicatore 6 fig.D6/1).
