CHECKS
Check for damage to pawl linkage. Check for pawl or pawl actuator/
cylinder for freedom of movement.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Mechanical hang-up; No hydraulic pressure; No voltage to pawl solenoid;
Bad wiring; Actuator/cylinder failure.
No Damage
Drum 3 pawl in.
Drum 3 pawl out.
Boom hoist pawl in.
Boom hoist pawl out.
Damage
Repair damage. Test and adjust.
Move park brake switch to apply and release positions. Check drum Diagnostic screen
for pawl in and pawl out positions when applicable function was enabled:
If pawl is not moving
Is there voltage applied to pawl valve?

Check wiring. Consult dealer/factory.
When enabling problem pawl switch, check pawl cylinder for
350 psi (24 bar) or more at valve cylinder ports.

Readjust source charge pressure relief
valve. Does this solve problem?
