Fish casserole
Serves approx. 4
750 g filleted white fish, e.g. cod
3 tomatoes sliced
50 g ham, diced
1–2 apples, diced
1 pickled gherkin, diced
1 tsp capers
20 g butter
100 g grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Method:
1. Arrange the sliced tomatoes in the
base of an oven-proof dish 30 cm).
Place the fish on top.
2. Mix together the ham, apples,
gherkins and capers, and spread over
the fish. Mix the parsley with the
cheese, and sprinkle over the top.
3. Dot with butter, and bake until
golden.
Use one of the following functions:
Automatic / Cook / Fish / Fish fillet
Duration: approx. 35 minutes
or:
MW + Fan plus
Power level/Temperature: 300 W +
180 °C
Shelf level: 1
Duration: 30–35 minutes
or:
Fan plus
Temperature: 170–190 °C
Shelf level: 1 (use the glass tray)
Duration: 40–45 minutes
