Chicken in a mustard cream
sauce
Serves approx. 2
250 g crème fraîche
4 tbsp grainy mustard
1 clove of garlic, crushed
Salt
1/2 tsp sage leaves, chopped
4 chicken fillets (each approx. 125 g)
Method:
1. Mix together the crème fraîche,
mustard, garlic, salt and sage in a
bowl.
2. Coat the fillets with the sauce, and
transfer to the glass tray. Cover and
cook for 4 minutes at 850 Watts, and
then for a further 12 minutes at
450 Watts.
3. Turn halfway through cooking, and
baste with the sauce.
