To use a high numerical aperture (NA) condenser
To use a high NA condenser such as a slide condenser, remove the standard stage glass on
the stage and then attach the glass slide holder in place. A high NA condenser and the
standard stage glass can collide with each other. Be sure to change the stage glass to the
glass slide holder.
