9. MESSAGE LIST
9.1 Message Chart of C910/C930
Look for a message displayed on the operator panel in the message list and take measures
as instructed. Each “CCCC” in the list represents a toner color (cyan, magenta, yellow or
black).
Display on the operator panel Meaning Measures
126:Condensing Error Condensation has occurred inside
the printer.
Turn off the power and leave it
standing for a while.
209:Download Error A download error has occurred. Restart the printer.
Communication Error A communication error has occurred. Contact the customer support center.
EEPROM Reset EEPROM is being reset. Wait for a while.
Initializing The printer is being initialized. Wait for a while.
NON OEM %COLOR% TONER
DETECTED
A genuine CCCC toner cartridge is
not installed.
Although the installed CCCC toner
cartridge is not genuine, the printer is
operable.
PS Memory Overflow Memory was exhausted during
printing using a PS driver.
Add more memory or simplify print
data.
PU Flash Error A communication error has occurred. Contact the customer support center.
RAM Check
nnn%
RAM is being checked. Wait for a while.
Restarting The printer is being restarted. Wait for a while.
USB I/F Error An error has occurred in the USB
interface.
Press the ONLINE button to clear the
error.
Check Image Drum
CCCC
The indicated image drum cartridge
is not installed correctly.
Reinstall the indicated image drum
cartridge.
Yellow Toner Not Installed A yellow toner cartridge is not
installed in the printer, or an
unrecognized yellow toner cartridge
is installed.
Install a genuine yellow toner
cartridge.
Non Genuine Yellow Toner An unrecognized yellow toner
cartridge is installed.
Install a genuine yellow toner
cartridge.
Yellow Toner Empty Yellow toner has run out, or genuine
yellow toner is not used.
Replace the yellow toner cartridge
with a new genuine yellow toner
cartridge.
Yellow Toner Low Yellow toner is running out. Prepare a new yellow toner cartridge
but not necessary to replace it now.
Yellow Toner Sensor Error An abnormal condition has occurred
in the yellow toner sensor.
Remove the yellow toner cartridge
and reinstall it.
Contact the customer support center
if the error remains.
Yellow Image Drum Near Life The life of the yellow image drum is
about to end.
Prepare a new yellow image drum
cartridge but not necessary to replace
it now.
Yellow Image Drum Life The yellow image drum cartridge has
reached the end of its life, so it must
be replaced with a new one.
Replace it with a new yellow image
drum cartridge.
Initializing The printer is getting ready. Wait for a while.
Install New Image Drum
Image Drum Life
CCCC
The indicated image drum cartridge
has reached the end of its life, so it
must be replaced with a new one.
Replace the indicated image drum
cartridge with a new one.
