currently selected PID set.
*2 You cannot set this parameter in PID set 8. For a temperature input with a sensor setting range, it will
always be set to the upper limit of the input indication range. For an analog input, it will always be set to
105.0%.
*3 Set the value to between 0% and 100% of the input setting range. If the PID Set Automatic Selection Data
parameter is set to DV, the unit is %FS.
