G5-series Linear Motors/Servo Drives With Built-in EtherCAT Communications
No position command is entered. The motor’s allowable operating range is the range set in object 3514
hex on both the right and left. An overrun limit error will occur (Error No. 34.0) if the load enters the error
range due to vibration.
When a positive position command is entered, the Motor’s allowable operating range increases by the
commanded amount. The resulting range will be the position command input range added with the
amount of movement set in 3514 hex on both sides.
When a negative position command is entered, the Linear Motor’s allowable operating range further
increases.
