A-1-11 Manufacturer Specific Objects
This section describes objects specific to G5-series Servo Drives with built-in EtherCAT
communications.
G5-series Servo Drive parameters (Pnîš…îš…îš…) are allocated to objects 3000 to 3999 hex. Index
3îš…îš…îš… hex correspond to G5-series Servo Drive parameters Pnîš…îš…îš…. For example, object 3504 hex
is the same as parameter Pn504.
For details on servo parameters, refer to Section 9 Servo Parameter Objects.
Precautions for Correct UsePrecautions for Correct Use
Pnîš…îš…îš… uses decimal numbers but object 3îš…îš…îš… hex is a hexadecimal number.
• This object notifies of and clears the contents of Sysmac Error Status.
• Sysmac Error Status (Sub-index 01 hex): This object notifies the Controller of an error on the
G5-series Servo Drive.
If you connect the G5-series Servo Drive with a Machine Automation Controller NJ-series (Model:
NJ301-îš…îš…îš…îš…/NJ501-îš…îš…îš…îš…), map this object to the PDO.
• Sysmac Error Status Clear (Sub-index 02 hex): This object enables a Sysmac Product controller to
reset the error that has occurred in the G5-series Servo Drive.
Additional Information
Sysmac Studio, by default assign the Sysmac Error Status (sub-index 01 hex) automatically,
because it is mapped in the 512th transmit PDO Mapping (1BFF hex).
