No valve clearance ( cam wear )

Piston rings worn, leaking, broken, or sticking
Bent valve or stuck valve

accumulated on sealing surface)
Rocker arm sticking
Backfiring
ETC or speed limiter system malfunction
Fouled spark plug or incorrect plug or plug gap
