•Ensurethatthepowersupplymeetsthecamera’spowerrequirements.

•Ensurethatthepowersupplyisswitchedon.

•Ensurepowercablesarecorrectlyconnectedandthatconnectionsaresecure.

•EnsurethattheMFDisrunningthelatestversionofLightHousesoftware.

•TrypowercyclingtheIPcamerawhilstleavingyourMFDpoweredup.
