Every 10 days
The machine will prompt you with the message every 10 days.
When prompted, you should perform the following:
Perform JIG HEAD MAINTENANCE for the color ink station.
The jig head maintenance may need to be performed more often when printing frequently.
Perform the jig head maintenance for the color head once every 10 days.
For details, see page 131, “JIG HEAD MAINTENANCE”.
Clean the maintenance unit and the flushing box of the color ink station.
For details, see page 151, “How to Clean the Maintenance Unit and the Flushing box”.
Monthly
Frequency depends on use - clean weekly if printing 30 hours or more per week.
Grease the guide rails.
Depending on use, once a month is OK unless using 5 days a week, 7 to 8 hours a day.
