9.2. About white head nozzle missing
Note - White ink nozzle missing may occur under the following conditions.
Your printer has been in operation for a month or more.
It's been over 30 minutes since you started printing without using white ink today.
Therefore, it is recommended to print a nozzle check of the white print head immediately before
printing, and if a group of missing nozzles occur near the center of multiple white print heads, perform
head cleaning to recover before printing.
See page 128 "AUTO HEAD CLEAN" for the method of head cleaning and the approximate number
of times it must be performed before recovery is achieved.
You can also increase the white-head cleaning frequency so that head cleaning occurs automatically
after printing for recovery.
See page 164,"White Clean Freq." for instructions on how to change the whitehead cleaning
frequency.
However, if the above phenomenon continues to occur even after a series of recovery procedures
have been performed, the printer may be malfunctioning. Please contact your dealer or service
