The ringing signal for all groups is activated/deactivated.

Available/Unavailable agent for a UCD group

Activates an agent to start receiving calls within a group

or to stay away from the group, for example, in the

event of a meeting.

Select and confirm.

*402 Enter the code to become available in the UCD group.
