Updating the operating system
Windows
The latest updates for the Windows operating system are available on the Internet at
Microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com) and on the device in the Start menu "Start > All
Programs > Windows Update > Check for updates".
you install new drivers or operating system updates for Windows MUI versions,
configure the regional menu and dialog settings and the default English (US) language.
Contact the corresponding manufacturer.
Installing or updating user programs and drivers
Drivers for USB sticks are included in the operating system and do not have to be installed
separately.
For information about installation of SIMATIC software packages, refer to the corresponding
manufacturer documentation.
Contact the relevant manufacturer to obtain updates of drivers and user programs that you
purchased from third-party vendors.
